Ametalis Welcomes Relement – Strengthening Specialist Expertise in Contaminated Land and the Built Environment

Ametalis AB (“Ametalis”) has acquired Relement Miljö Väst AB (“Relement”), a Swedish environmental consultancy specialised in contaminated land and demolition-related environmental advisory. The transaction is part of Ametalis’ strategy to build a leading Nordic platform of specialist companies in technical and environmental consulting, with sustainability embedded throughout its operations. With the addition of Relement, the Ametalis Group expands its service offering within soil and groundwater investigations, remediation advisory, demolition-related environmental advisory, permitting support and environmental coordination, while strengthening its position in southern Sweden. Together, the group will be better positioned to meet customer needs through a broader range of specialist expertise, increased knowledge sharing and continued local proximity to customers. The transaction takes place in a market characterised by increasing regulatory requirements and growing demand for specialised environmental expertise.
