Ametalis strengthens its Nordic position – welcomes Westberg and Natur og Samfunn to the group and receives MVI as new principal owner

Through these two acquisitions, Ametalis works to build a leading Nordic platform for environmental and sustainability services. In connection with these transactions, Ametalis was also acquired by MVI. With MVI as a strategic partner, we look forward to accelerating the growth of the group, both through organic growth and further acquisitions focusing on quality, expertise and societal benefits.

We welcome Westberg Vibrations- och Omgivningskontroll AB, active in Sweden, and Natur og Samfunn, based in Norway to the group. Both Westberg and Natur og Samfunn will operate under their existing brands and with unchanged management, but now with access to new resources, collaborations and development opportunities within the Ametalis Group.

Broad customer offering and increased geographical scope

Envima, with expertise in sustainable business development, environmental law and management systems, is already part of the group. The group is now complemented by two new companies:

Westberg Vibrations- och Omgivningskontroll AB is a consulting company with expertise in the environmental impact of construction and infrastructure projects. The company offers services such as vibration and noise measurement, risk analyses, real estate inspections and water sampling – and supports customers throughout Sweden to manage the environmental impact responsibly.

Natur og Samfunn is a consulting company with offices in Larvik, Trondheim, Tromsø and Steinkjer and field operations throughout Norway. They work with natural value inventories, environmental monitoring, impact assessments and water-related analyses – and are an important partner for municipalities, authorities and other actors in environmental planning processes.
