Isojoki Data Center Oy is developing a 40 MW data centre campus on about 180 hectares in western Finland. Etha manages and coordinates the planning and permitting processes from early planning to construction readiness.
The challenge
Isojoki Data Center Oy is developing a significant data center campus in Isojoki, in Western Finland. At this stage, the planned capacity of the project is assumed to be 40 MW, and an area of approximately 180 hectares has been secured for the project, making it one of the most significant data center projects in Finland.
What we did
Isojoki Data Center Oy selected Etha as the project development consultant to manage and coordinate the planning and permitting processes. As the project progresses, Etha will continue to play a pivotal role in guiding the project toward implementation by managing the permitting processes and coordinating essential studies as well as carrying out land use planning. In parallel, Etha will support the development of key infrastructure connections and stakeholder engagement.
