Etha acted as technical advisor for the buyers – Kymppivoima, Oulun Energia and Kuopion Energia – when OX2 sold the 455 MW Lestijärvi wind farm, Finland's largest.
What we did
Etha participated under the management of Elron as a technical advisor for the buyer, when Finland's biggest wind farm in Lestijärvi got a new owner. Etha reviewed documentation and the technical parts of the agreements to assure they were of high quality. Etha's responsibility was also to assure the wind park has been developed in line with laws, regulations, and best practices.
