Lundbergs Fastigheter, one of Sweden's largest private property companies, has used Envima's legal monitoring for about 20 years. An Envima lawyer reviews the company's legal requirements twice a year.
The challenge
Lundbergs Fastigheter needed an effective legal monitoring service as environmental and energy legislation became more complex. Interpreting and implementing new requirements was a challenge.
What we did
Envima provides E-paragrafen to monitor relevant legislation. Its environmental lawyers analyse new legislation and provide interpretations tailored to Lundbergs, with legal reviews twice a year.
Outcome
The collaboration has made the handling of legal requirements more systematic and efficient. It saves time and helps Lundbergs identify and address potential shortcomings early.
