Framtiden Byggutveckling: environmental coordination of housing construction on Adventsvägen, Gothenburg
Relement provides environmental coordination for Framtiden Byggutveckling's new housing on Adventsvägen in Kortedala, to meet the City of Gothenburg's requirements for environmentally adapted construction.

The challenge
Miljöanpassat byggande is Göteborgs Stad's programme providing guidelines for sustainable ecological construction. The work covers new construction at Adventsvägen and Kv. Makrillen.
What we did
Relement supports design teams in incorporating the city's Miljöanpassat byggande requirements into construction documents. It holds regular reviews with Fastighetskontoret and supports contractors in meeting the programme's requirements and building materials requirements under Byggvarubedömningen.
