Implema, a business-systems consultancy with more than 200 employees, needed to understand CSRD both for itself and for its customers. Envima carried out a double materiality analysis and gap analysis with the company.
The challenge
Implema needed a more systematic approach to CSRD and support to integrate it into its business systems and strategies. It also wanted to understand the directive so it could support its customers.
What we did
Envima began by reviewing what was already in place. A double materiality assessment and gap analysis mapped impacts, gaps and opportunities.
Outcome
The work provided structure and direction. With Envima's help, Implema has been able to connect sustainability more clearly to its business strategy.
