THISAB: double materiality analysis, training and sustainability advice, Sweden
After 50 years in Swedish engineering, THISAB decided to be at the forefront of sustainability without being covered by CSRD. Envima provides staff training, a double materiality analysis and sustainability coaching.
The challenge
THISAB's board and management decided to take a leading position on sustainability, although the company was too small to fall within CSRD at the time.
What we did
Envima delivered sustainability training for all staff. The next step was a double materiality assessment to identify the sustainability issues most important to the business and society.
Outcome
The training helped staff recognise that they were already doing more sustainability work than they had thought. The double materiality assessment is now part of the company's annual planning cycle.
