Projects

Relement · Varberg
One of Sweden's most contaminated industrial properties, where chlorinated solvents have polluted soil, groundwater and bedrock. Relement has investigated the site, assessed risk and designed remediation for Varberg municipality, with over SEK 150 million in state grants.

Relement · Tidaholm
The former municipal landfill is being capped to reduce leachate, with new ditches for stormwater. Relement, with Structor Miljö Öst, designed the capping and water management and prepared tender documents for the final 30,000 m² stage.

Relement · Mölndal
The historic Forsåker paper mill area is becoming a new district with about 3,000 homes and 4,000 workplaces. Relement supports Mölndal municipality with contaminated land work in the redevelopment.

Relement · Malmö
The historic Kockums industrial area in Malmö is being converted into retail and housing. Relement has inventoried the buildings and land before remediation of contamination and hazardous building materials.

Relement · Gothenburg
The former Fixfabriken covers more than 15,000 m² of workshop and surface-treatment buildings from 1947 onwards. Relement handled inventory, demolition and remediation of 13 buildings for HSB and Balder.

SKF's former 17-storey head office from 1967 has undergone extensive asbestos and PCB removal to make room for offices and restaurants. Relement provided remediation, site management and material reuse for Aspelin Ramm.
