Ametalis acquires Westberg Vibrations- och Omgivningskontroll AB and Natur og Samfunn AS

Through these two acquisitions, Ametalis continues its efforts to build a leading Nordic platform for environmental technology and sustainability-focused services. In connection with these transactions, Ametalis was also acquired by MVI. With MVI as a strategic partner, we look forward to accelerating the group’s growth further, both through organic development and additional acquisitions focused on quality, expertise, and societal value.

Envima, with expertise in sustainable business development, environmental law, and management systems, has already been a part of the group. The group now expands with two new companies:

• Westberg Vibrations- och Omgivningskontroll is a consultancy with expertise in environmental impacts in construction and infrastructure projects. The company offers services such as vibration and noise measurement, risk analysis, property inspections, and water sampling – supporting clients across Sweden in responsibly managing environmental impacts.
