Ametalis acquires sustainability expert Envima AB

Ametalis begins its journey to build a Nordic corporate group offering sustainability-focused software and services. The ambition is to create a group centered around small and medium-sized companies where sustainability is a core competency. These companies will contribute to and strengthen each other’s offerings. The journey begins with the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Envima, a sustainability expert based in Linköping, Sweden.
