Christian Bylock
Board Member
Christian joined MVI (owner of Ametalis) in 2020 and brings extensive experience from the financial sector. He spent over nine years at BDO, where he worked with audit, M&A, valuation, and financial due diligence. He is currently involved with Nordic Drives Group, Los Tacos, Nestit, and Ametalis. Christian holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Gothenburg and has also studied at NHH - the Norwegian School of Economics. Originally from Gothenburg, Christian combines a solid financial background with a strong focus on value creation.
Mårten Werner
Board Member
Mårten has been with MVI (owner of Ametalis) since 2017. He has a background in leveraged finance and most recently came from DNB. He is actively involved in Treeco, Freedom, Ametalis, Los Tacos, and Nestit. Mårten holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Nanoscience from Lund University. Originally from Enköping, he brings strong analytical expertise combined with entrepreneurial drive.
Stefan Karlsson
Board Member
Stefan co-founded MVI (owner of Ametalis) with Daniel in 2011. He has extensive experience in finance, private equity, and entrepreneurship, with a background at Barclays Bank and EQT. He is currently engaged in Nordic Drives Group, Freedom, Nestit, Ametalis, and Los Tacos. Stefan holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Luleå University of Technology. Originally from Skövde, he combines international expertise with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Johanna Palmér
Board Member
Growth oriented skilled board professional, business advisor, speaker and investor with 20 years of experience within change leadership, corporate governance, communication and public affairs. Former CEO of Swedish Chamber of Commerce of East Sweden. Loves the future, great people and growing businesses.
Karin Annerwall Parö
Chairman of the board
Experienced Consultant with more than 25 years of senior management experience and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and technology consultant industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Sustainability, Coaching, and Strategic Planning. Strong business development and MSc in Engineering and Technology from the Royal Institute of Technology.
